What is Gameguard?
Gameguard is a tool developed by INCA Internet Co, Ltd. which is used by game developers worldwide to help prevent users from using hacking and malicious software within games. Gameguard is an adaptable program that can be changed and updated to prevent new hacking software from being used.
Gameguard will actively check for unapproved alteration to game content. Due to the aggressive nature of Gameguard, antivirus programs often conflict, and occasionally will report Gameguard as being or containing a virus. Usually updating to the latest virus definitions will correct this error.
Gameguard is not a spyware application and does not collect personal information about a user or their computer.
More information about Gameguard, including some specific features of the application can be found at the INCA Internet Co, Ltd. website link:

Unfortunately, Special Force is not supported by using Apple computer that runs Mac OS. Windows Operating System is required to run SF in its full potential and capabilities. Why do I keep getting disconnected while playing?
There are several possibilities which could result in connectivity issues while playing Special Force.
First and foremost, you want to check that you have a stable internet connection. Faulty cable modems and routers can disrupt your gaming experience with temporary outages. You may want to reset the cable modem and/or router and log back into your previous game.
If internet instability continues, please contact your Internet Service Provider and/or hardware manufacturers, respectively.
Second, be sure that you have the latest router firmware and/or ethernet card software patch downloaded and installed. Again, please contact hardware manufacturers for software updates.
Last, there may be possible issues with the Special Force game servers preventing stable connections. Rest assured that we actively monitor server performance and will go above and beyond to restore access to our games. Please retry to log into www.mygame.ph at a later time.
Why is there no sound while I play?
Try checking your computer speakers or headsets if it is properly installed or connected. Check the master volume on your computer and make sure it’s not on the mute mode. If you still encounter the same problem, check your sound card by looking at your Computer Device Manager if it’s functioning or try to download
the latest version of Direct X driver for your sound card.
How do I install the game Special Force?
There are two (2) ways to get the game:
Download the game by logging into the MyGame.ph portal and go to the Downloads section. Download the
Special Force full client and then follow the installation instructions at the download page.
Get a copy of the Special Force game installer in selected gaming cafes and just follow the
installation instructions at the back of the CD sleeve of the installer.
Why is the game not starting?
If you encounter such situation, try to reinstall the game. There must be some complications with the
anti-virus you’re using that the game was not recognized. It will be best if you try to temporarily disable your anti-virus during the installation process. Or the AV you’re using needs an approval for the game to be installed. Management is not requiring you to disable your AV permanently.
My game screen turned all blue or green. What can I do to fix this?
Try updating your video card driver and your DirectX to its latest versions. The latest video card drivers are readily available in the web and are free.
